We have two kilns, a 3 cu/ft and a 7 cu/ft, both electric and digitally controlled
Prices: For the 3 cu/ft kiln: $30 for bisque and $60 for Glaze
For the 7 cu/ft kiln: $45 for bisque and $75 for Glaze
*currently not offering partial loads but may in the future after the studio gets up to speed.
You must rent the whole kiln or find someone to share it with. The 3 cu/ft kiln can hold approx 30-40 mugs or 12-15 bowls for a glaze fire, bisque can be stacked to fire more pieces.
Please reserve kiln time at least 2 week before your desired firing. Be prepared to verify the clay body you are using(like a picture of the box or receipt).
Payment required before firing.
Customers will be held liable for kiln damage caused by their pieces, including glaze running, exploding pots, wrong clay bodies, kiln shelves $40-80 to replace.
